1. Rest all the other parts are not covered under the warranty.
2. In the terms of LFP Battery there is 2 months grace period from date of sale (DFPL). In the term of Lead Acid Battery 1 month grace period from date of sale (DFPL)
3. In case of any defect found in the above listed parts, if it is repairable condition it will be repaired & in case not possible to repair, the part will be replaced. Bifurcation of 3 years warranty in LFP battery...Durga Filters warranty is 2 years + 1 year(In two years there are no charges for repair, but after completion of two years, in case any cell, nickel strip or any other part is required to be changed, it will be replaced on chargeable basis, only the labour charges will be waived.
4. If we receive any above listed parts in damaged condition, then the warranty will not be applicable.
5. Fidato is also selling scooters without Battery & Chargers. In case any complaint for Battery, charger or mileage is received for those vehicles which were sold by Fidato without battery, in that case the concerned battery manufacturer, dealer or end user will be liable.
6. Any defects which is under warranty, then one side courier charges will be borne by Dealer while the other side charges will be borne by Fidato.
